MBA Lawyers has a long history on the Gold Coast and we are committed to local community development, supporting both personally and professionally.
After making the Gold Coast our home 50 years ago, we are committed to engaging with and supporting the development of our local community. Together as a firm, and our team in their individual capacities, support several very worthy charities.
Clayton Glenister
Managing Partner
Clayton strongly believes in promoting all that the Gold Coast has to offer and making our city a great destination for international and national guests to visit and do business. He is a passionate AFL support and is a Director of the Southport Sharks as well as being a foundation member of the Gold Coast Suns. In 2020 he joined the Board of Advice for Griffith University’s Institute for Glycomics and supports its Malaria Vaccine Project.
Mitchell Clark
Partner
Mitchell is a trusted advisor for several large companies and charitable organisations. He has supported the Gold Coast Centre Against Sexual Violence for more than 20 years and is a founding member of PeaceWise, a Christian mediation and education service across Australia, since 2007. Mitchell also has extensive involvement in Rotary, including volunteering as Past President of the Broadwater Southport Club and he is the author of multiple articles, including a monthly legal column for a Japanese national newspaper.
Matt Windle
Partner
Matt is a valued member of the Rugby Union Players Association and a qualified Rugby Union Players Association Accredited Agent and continues his commitment to the sport of rugby union through various avenues, including his role on Bond University’s Rugby Board. One of Matt’s most notable initiatives of recent years has been the founding of “The Pushup Tour”, a fundraiser that sees its participants matching each kilometre from the Tour de France with a push up. To date, the fundraiser has raised more than $100,000 for various children’s charities.
Duane Williams

Duane stays connected with the local community through his role as Chairman of Varsity Lakes Community Bank® Branch of Bendigo Bank, which has proudly delivered over $120,000 in grants, donations and sponsorship to local community groups and organisations in recent years. He has also presented to students at Queensland University of Technology and Bond University on commercial litigation as part of their practical legal training programs.
Our respectful involvement is shared wholeheartedly to help contribute to the betterment of the community we live in, and further afield, enriching the lives of everyone around us.
