What payment methods do you offer?

What does it mean if a lawyer is an Accredited Specialist and why is it important?
Queensland Law Society’s Specialist Accreditation program provides the general public with a reliable way to identify lawyers who have a high level of expertise in a particular area. Accredited Specialists are lawyers who have successfully completed an advanced, peer-reviewed assessment program specific to their area of expertise, demonstrating their high level of knowledge and skill in that area. At MBA Lawyers we’re proud to have the most Qld Law Society accredited specialist lawyers than any other Gold Coast law firm.
How much do you charge for your services?
Every service we provide is unique to your situation. Please give us a call and we would be happy to discuss your situation and provide you with an estimate of initial costs.
Do you offer free initial consultations?
Please call us to discuss your needs and we will advise you if there would be any initial consultation costs applicable to your unique situation.
Do you offer no win no fee?
Our Personal Injury services are offered on a no win, no fee basis. If you have a claim, we offer our services to you without the requirement to pay any legal fees up front. That is one obstacle removed and peace of mind to get you back on your road to recovery sooner.
How do I book an appointment with a lawyer?
Please call us on (07) 5539 9688, email info@mba-lawyers.com.au or hit the ‘Contact Us’ button on our website and one of our friendly staff will be happy to assist you in making an appointment with our specialised lawyers.
Do you witness documents?
If you require documents signed as part of your service with us, we are more than happy to assist. If you simply require a justice of the peace, it’s best to call us first to discuss your situation and our availability.
Can I store my important documents in your Safe Custody?
As a service to our clients we offer storage of your safe custody documents for an annual fee.
We recommend that you review any documents held in safe custody, in particular your wills and enduring powers of attorney regularly and consult with us if you wish to change them.
